Botiga Pro extends WooCommerce settings with extra options. For example, you can hide other shipping methods when free shipping is available.
1. Check If Free Shipping Is Enabled
First, make sure your store has the Free shipping method enabled.
To do so, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping in your WordPress admin area, and check if your shipping methods include ‘Free shipping’:
2. Hide Other Shipping Methods
Next, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options > Botiga – Extra Shipping Options in your WordPress admin area.
Here, check the ‘Hide other shipping methods when free shipping is available’ checkbox, then click the Save changes button:
