In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to hide other shipping methods when free shipping is available in Botiga.
Before you get started, make sure you’ve installed and activated the Botiga theme on your WordPress site. If you’re using features from Botiga Pro, ensure that both the Botiga theme and the Botiga Pro plugin are installed and active. These extra shipping options are a Botiga Pro feature, so this requires Botiga Pro.
1. Check if free shipping is enabled
First, make sure your store has the Free shipping method enabled. Go to WooCommerce » Settings » Shipping in your WordPress admin area and check that your shipping methods include Free shipping.
2. Hide other shipping methods
Next, go to WooCommerce » Settings » Shipping » Shipping Options » Botiga – Extra Shipping Options. Select which shipping methods to hide, then click Save changes.
