In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set up the Auto External Links module in Merchant.
Before you get started, make sure you’ve installed and activated the Merchant plugin on your WordPress site. If you’re using premium modules, ensure you have Merchant Pro installed and active.
1. Open the Auto External Links module
Open your Merchant dashboard by clicking the Merchant menu in the left sidebar of your WordPress admin area. Under the Improve Experience heading, click the Auto External Links module to open its settings page.
2. Enable the module
The Auto External Links module works out of the box, so no configuration is needed. On the module’s settings page, click the Enable button to activate it on your site.
That’s it! You’ve successfully enabled the Auto External Links module in Merchant, and links to other sites will now open in a new browser tab.
