In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to configure and enable the Product Brand Image module in Merchant Pro.
Before you get started, make sure you’ve installed and activated the Merchant plugin on your WordPress site. If you’re using premium modules, ensure you have Merchant Pro installed and active. This feature requires Merchant Pro.
Here’s an example of a brand image placed on a WooCommerce product page:
1. Open the Product Brand Image module
First, open your Merchant dashboard by clicking the Merchant menu in the left sidebar of your WordPress admin area. Find the Build Trust section, and click the Product Brand Image module to open its settings page.
2. Configure the global settings
To show the same brand image on all your product pages, add it globally from the Settings section of the module’s admin page by clicking the Select Image button. You can also adjust the basic design settings, including the image’s top and bottom margins and its maximum width and height.
Once you’ve configured the settings, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Enable the Product Brand Image module
To activate the module, click the Enable button at the top of the page.
4. Add product brand images for individual products
Once the module is active, new options appear on your WooCommerce product pages. Go to Products » All Products in your WordPress admin area and open the product you want to add a brand image to. Scroll down to the Merchant Product Options section, open the Product Brand Image tab, and click the Upload/Add Image button to add the brand image.
Once the image uploads, scroll back to the top of the page, click the Preview Changes button, and when everything looks right, click the Update button to make the changes live.

What happens if I set both a global and a per-product image?
The per-product image takes priority on that product’s page, while every other product falls back to the global brand image.
Why isn’t my brand image showing on a product?
Make sure the module is enabled and that you clicked Update after adding the image. Without a global image or a per-product image, there’s nothing for the module to display.
