Before you get started, make sure you’ve installed and activated the aThemes Addons plugin on your WordPress site along with Elementor. For premium widgets, ensure aThemes Addons Pro is also installed and active. This widget requires aThemes Addons Pro.
The Advanced Button Widget allows you to create highly customizable buttons with hover effects, tooltips, and advanced styling options to match your website’s design perfectly.
Activate the Widget
This widget is part of the aThemes Addons for Elementor plugin. To activate it:
- Go to the aThemes Addons dashboard in your WordPress admin area.
- Search for the Advanced Button widget.
- Toggle the switch to activate it. The widget will now appear in the Elementor editor.
Widget Options
Button Settings
- Button Text: Set the text for the button.
- Link: Define the URL the button will link to.
- Description: Add additional text below the button.
- Tooltip: Include a tooltip that appears on hover.
Hover Effects
- Effect Types: Choose from Slide, Arrow, Shutter, Radial, Tilted, or Default effects.
- Direction: Customize the direction for Slide or Tilted effects.
- Shutter Type: Select Horizontal or Vertical movements.
Hover Content
- Default: No additional hover content.
- Icon: Add an icon as hover content.
- Same Text: Use the same button text on hover.
- Custom Text: Enter custom text to display on hover.
Style Options
- Button: Customize padding, background color, border radius, typography, and hover effect color.
- Description: Adjust typography, text color, and spacing for button descriptions.
- Tooltip: Define text and background colors, typography, and positioning for tooltips.
