Want to showcase your restaurant’s dishes in a professional, appetizing layout? The Food Menu widget in aThemes Addons for Elementor lets you display menu items with images, descriptions, prices, and badges so visitors can browse your offerings with ease.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to activate, configure, and style the Food Menu widget in aThemes Addons.
Before you get started, make sure you’ve installed and activated the aThemes Addons plugin on your WordPress site along with Elementor. This widget requires aThemes Addons Pro.

Activating the Widget
Go to your WordPress admin area and open the aThemes Addons dashboard. Locate the Food Menu widget and toggle the switch to activate it. Once activated, drag the Food Menu widget into your Elementor editor to start building your menu.
Exploring Widget Options
The Food Menu widget provides several sections for adding and customizing your menu items. Below is a breakdown of each section.
Configuring the Content Section
The Content section is where you add the details for each menu item. Use the following fields to build out your dishes:
- Image – Upload a thumbnail image for the menu item.
- Title – Enter the dish name.
- Description – Add a short description of the dish.
- Price – Set the price for the menu item.
- Badge – Add a label such as “Hot”, “Special”, or “New” to highlight specific dishes.
- Button – Add an action button such as “Order Now” with a custom link.
Configuring the Settings Section
The Settings section controls how your menu items are displayed:
- Title HTML Tag – Select the heading tag for dish names (H2, H3, etc.).
- Alignment – Choose left, center, or right alignment for the menu layout.
- Price Position – Display the price next to the title or spaced apart on the same line.
Customizing Style Options
The Style tab lets you fine-tune the visual appearance of your food menu. Customize the following areas:
- General – Adjust padding, margins, background color, border, and box shadow for the overall menu container.
- Image – Set the image size and border radius for menu item thumbnails.
- Title – Change the color, typography, and alignment of dish names.
- Description – Customize the text color and typography for dish descriptions.
- Price – Adjust the color, typography, and line separator for the price display.
- Button – Style the button text, background color, and hover effects.
