Using the WPForms Widget

Want to embed a WPForms form directly into an Elementor layout? The WPForms widget in aThemes Addons lets you select any form built with WPForms and fully style it to match your site’s design.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to activate, configure, and style the WPForms widget in aThemes Addons.


Before you get started, make sure you’ve installed and activated the aThemes Addons plugin on your WordPress site along with Elementor. You’ll also need the WPForms plugin installed and activated, with at least one form created.

Activating the WPForms Widget

To enable the WPForms widget, go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to aThemes Addons » Widgets. Find WPForms and toggle it on.

Once enabled, open any page in the Elementor editor, search for WPForms, and drag the widget onto your page.

Configuring the Form

The Form section controls which form displays and how it’s laid out:

  • Title – Set an optional title for the form.
  • Form Title Tag – Choose the HTML tag (H1, H2, H3, etc.).
  • Select Your Form – Choose a form from the WPForms plugin.
  • Form Alignment – Align the form to the left, center, or right.
  • Content Alignment – Align the content within the form to the left, center, or right.
  • Form Width – Adjust the width of the form container.
  • Stretch Button? – Stretch the submit button to full width.
  • Button Max Width – Set the maximum width of the submit button.
  • Button Alignment – Align the submit button to the left, center, or right.

Styling the WPForms Widget

Switch to the Style tab to customize every visual aspect of the form.

Container Style

  • Background – Set the background color or gradient.
  • Padding – Adjust padding inside the form container.
  • Border – Customize color, width, and radius.
  • Box Shadow – Apply a box shadow.

Title Style

  • Color – Set the title text color.
  • Typography – Customize the title font.

Labels Style

  • Color – Set the label text color.
  • Typography – Customize label typography.

Fields Style

  • Background Color – Field background.
  • Text Color – Text inside fields.
  • Placeholder Color – Placeholder text color.
